These terms govern your use of starty.tech. By browsing the site you accept them. They don't cover a paid service, because no such service is on sale.

What you can do here

You can read the information and, if you like, join the waitlist with a valid email and your consent. Joining doesn't reserve a paid place, doesn't create an account and doesn't commit you to buying anything.

Pricing

The figures on the home page (free with limits, Pro at €12 a month or €99 a year, a launch kit at €39) are a preview marked as coming soon. They are not a contractual offer. When a paid plan exists, it will have its own terms and a way to pay. This site doesn't charge anything.

What Starty doesn't offer

Starty doesn't channel investment, offer shares or equity, lend money or broker financial products. Those activities would remain outside the product even if someone asked for them in a future conversation with the AI.

AI and advice

The planned product will use artificial intelligence to organise ideas, test them, build a canvas and point out the first formalities in Spain. It can get things wrong or leave something out. It isn't legal, tax, employment or financial advice. Decisions about registration, legal structure or taxes belong with a professional.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit other people's data without their consent.
• Don't use the form for spam or to test attacks.
• Don't present the text on this site as professional advice.

Availability

The site may change or go offline. The waitlist may close without that giving anyone a right to access the product.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Unless a mandatory rule says otherwise, disputes about this site will be heard by the competent courts.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
